Privacy Policy

• Account detailsName, email address, phone number and any profile details you add (college, degree, skills, links, resume).
• Learning activityEnrolments, lesson progress, quiz attempts, assignment submissions, notes and bookmarks.
• PaymentsOrder and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay; we do not see or store them.
• Messages and applicationsAnything you send us through the contact form, internship or live-project applications, or email.
• Learning assistantQuestions you type into the in-course AI assistant, which are processed to generate an answer.

To run your account, deliver programs, track progress, grade assessments, issue certificates, process payments and refunds, consider internship and live-project applications, reply to your messages, send service emails, and keep the platform secure and working well.

We use a small number of providers to run LOGIXIS, and they process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase
  Database, login and hosting
• Razorpay
  Payments
• Resend and Zoho
  Email
• AI model provider via Lovable
  The learning assistant

• CertificatesAnyone with a certificate's verification link or code can see the learner's name, program title, issue date and certificate status. This is what makes certificates verifiable.
• PortfoliosYour portfolio page is only public if you set it to public in your profile.

We never sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else except the providers above, where the law requires it, or when you ask us to.

We keep your data while your account is active. Certificate records are kept so that issued certificates stay verifiable. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@logixis.in. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
